Corporate room hire in central Geelong
Hold your next event, meeting or workshop at Volunteering Geelong’s modern and spacious function rooms, conveniently located at St Mary’s Terrace in the Geelong CBD.
Hiring our rooms include:
- Wi-Fi access
- State of the art audio visual facilities inclusive of HDMI direct access and camera for online meetings
- Kitchenette facilities with tea and coffee included
- Outdoor deck area, play area and courtyard function space
All rooms are available for use after hours and on weekends. We welcome both one-off and recurring bookings.
Room hire discounts apply for Volunteering Geelong financial members.
Smith Room
- Suitable for up to 30 people in a training layout or up to 60 people in a theatre-style layout.
- Cost: Hourly Rate - Non Member $60 / Member $50 (minimum 2-hour hire). Daily Rate - Non Member $300 / Member $250
Rodgers Room
- Suitable for up to 16 people in a boardroom layout or up to 30 people in a theatre-style layout.
- Cost: Hourly Rate- Non Member $35 / Member $30 (minimum 2-hour hire). Daily Rate- Non Member $175 / Member $150
Cooke Room
- A private consulting office suitable for up to 4 people.
- Cost: Hourly Rate - Non Members $20 / Members $15 (minimum 2-hour hire). Daily Rate - Non Members $100 / Members $75
