Conflict Coaching Workshop: Identify, prevent and resolve conflict - for volunteers and or volunteer leaders

This workshop has been designed with all members of organisations in mind. In this session we identify different conflict management styles and the barriers to good communication. Participants will also practice the use of questioning techniques to gather information, diffuse a situation and encourage parties 'in conflict' to explore options to resolve conflict before the matter escalates.
