Volunteers urgently needed for a one-day community event supporting people with disability and their families.

Gateways Support Services is seeking 50 Event Volunteers to support their upcoming Easter Family Fun Festival at the Norlane Aquatic Recreation Centre. This inclusive, family-friendly event celebrates clients, families, and the wider community while raising awareness of important disability support programs.

About the Role — Event Volunteer (ID: 207976)

Event Volunteers will work alongside the Community Engagement Team to help create a welcoming and supportive environment where all attendees are treated with dignity, empathy, and respect.

You will help with:

• Supporting event activities and entertainment

• Assisting staff with supervision of activities

• Encouraging participation and engagement

• Helping create an inclusive, accessible experience for all attendees

No prior experience is required — support, guidance, and refreshments are provided on the day.
