Most volunteer roles, particularly those where volunteers are interacting with vulnerable people (such as elderly, children and people with disability), may require background checks, such as a National Police Check or Working with Children Check.

You will be advised if this is required and we can do this paperwork for you.

We can connect you with a wide range of volunteer opportunities across not-for-profit organisations throughout the Geelong region and surrounding communities, including the Surf Coast, Bellarine, and Golden Plains.


If you’re located outside our area, we’re happy to refer you to your nearest volunteer resource centre to help you get started.
